Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries: prepare commercial offers, sales invoices, and contracts
• Handle primary documentation (sales orders, shipment papers, accompanying product documentation)
• Interact with clients and support the sales process
• Work with CRM systems and electronic document management
• Communicate with suppliers and coordinate internal processes

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales or customer support
• Confident use of office software (Excel, CRM, 1C, etc.)
• Responsibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Strong communication, planning, and customer-oriented approach
• Quick response to inquiries and ability to work in a dynamic environment
