Klantcontact medewerkers, Management Assistenten, Client Support Medewerkers. Mensen die het leuk vinden om onze financiële administratie te ondersteunen, om te assisteren bij het beheer van een klantportefeuille of om te zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling van schadeclaims, vanaf de schademelding tot en met de betaling of afwijzing, en in overleg met intermediairs en schade-experts.
Responsibilities
- Ondersteuning van financiële administratie
- Assistentie bij het beheer van een klantportefeuille
- Correcte afhandeling van schadeclaims
Requirements
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen en keuzes maken
