About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Billing Specialist with 1+ years of experience to join our remote team. You will handle client requests, prepare reports, and provide expert guidance on Excel-based calculations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing various Excel calculations for clients and working with data on our online platform.
- Handling clients’ requests and providing expert guidance on Excel-based calculations.
- Preparing reports and budgets to help clients make data-driven decisions.
- Tackling challenges and refining processes to keep up with the ever-evolving IT market.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in positions such as Payroll Specialist, Accountant, Assistant to Accountant, Auditor, Billing Specialist, or Financial Analyst.
- Analytical mind and confidence in working with numbers.
- Proficient user of Excel.
- Customer-oriented with developed communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at least at the Upper-intermediate level.
- Quick learner with a result-oriented approach and a drive for ongoing professional growth.
