Customer Billing Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Customer Billing Specialist with 1+ years of experience to join our remote team. You will handle client requests, prepare reports, and provide expert guidance on Excel-based calculations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing various Excel calculations for clients and working with data on our online platform.
• Handling clients’ requests and providing expert guidance on Excel-based calculations.
• Preparing reports and budgets to help clients make data-driven decisions.
• Tackling challenges and refining processes to keep up with the ever-evolving IT market.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in positions such as Payroll Specialist, Accountant, Assistant to Accountant, Auditor, Billing Specialist, or Financial Analyst.
• Analytical mind and confidence in working with numbers.
• Proficient user of Excel.
• Customer-oriented with developed communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at least at the Upper-intermediate level.
• Quick learner with a result-oriented approach and a drive for ongoing professional growth.
