About the Position
CUSTOMER CARE AGENT
Start ASAP
Full-time
Regular employment contract / Monthly salary 1200 € - 1400 €
Košice, Slovakia (job with occasional home office)
What will your day look like?
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone calls in a timely and professional manner;
- Assisting customers with placement of orders, refunds, and exchanges;
- Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints;
- Providing product information and support;
- Proactively communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction;
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues;
- Tracking customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of local language;
- Call center or customer service experience preferred;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Italian language C1, English language B2.
