About the Position
Customer Care Intern
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our internship program within the "Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS)" segment. The intern will collaborate with the "Customer Care" team to:
- Illustrate product features and functionalities to customers
- Verify warranty products and diagnostic tools of technical centers (rugged tablets)
- Ensure various forms of customer support (via phone, email, social media, in person) and offered services
- Prepare and configure products before delivery to customers
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team
- Assist customers with product features and support
- Verify warranty products and diagnostic tools
- Ensure diverse customer support channels
- Prepare and configure products for delivery
Requirements
- Brief experience in call center/technical support
- Ability to manage direct customer support tickets
- Basic knowledge of English and Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience in a Customer Care team is highly valued
- Ability to work synergistically
- Possession of a B driver's license for occasional short trips using the company car in a pool

We Offer
