About the Position
We are opening a new vacancy for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Delft, Netherlands. This role is full-time and involves working closely with our customers to ensure they have the best experience with our connected gardening technology.
About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you will:
- Regularly communicate with our customers, assisting them in selecting the right technology for their projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and support new customers during their initial installations.
- Ensure that shipments to customers are delivered without issues and manage any hardware replacements if needed.
- Collaborate with our product management team to identify unmet customer needs and develop new product features.
- Work with our marketing team to create media content that helps customers understand our technology better.
- Partner with the sales team to foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills, as approximately 80% of our customers are native English speakers from the USA and UK.
- Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be super-organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Culturally flexible and service-oriented, with a genuine desire to make our customers happy.
- A self-starter who can take responsibility for the entire company domain.
