Responsibilities

• OEM, valamint autóipari 1st. Tier vevőktől kapott megrendelések ügyintézése, kapcsolattartás
• Gyártási igényfelmérés, nyomonkövetés végzése a vevői követelmények figyelembevételével, a vevőkhöz való igazodással, a szállítási határidők betartásával
• Napi egyeztetés a gyártástervezéssel a gyártással a vevői igények kielégítése érdekében
• Kiszállítási ütemetrevek megadása a kiszállítást végző raktár részére
• Igényingadozások egyeztetése a vevőkkel
• Projektmunka új termékek bevezetésekor, felfuttatásakor/gyártásuk megszüntetésekor, termékek kihelyezésekor
• Heti és havi igényfelmérés (LPS tervek egyeztetése) a termelés és a kapacitás tervezésére
• Pótalkatrész rendelések, igények meghatározása és a megfelelő operatív egységhez való hozzárendelése
• A területhez tartozó statisztikák készítése, mérő- és jelzőszámok nyomonkövetése
• Különböző IT projektek kezelése a szállítási területen, új üzleti folyamatok integrálása, H/B üzleti folyamatok harmonizálása (EDI)

Requirements

• Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
• Kiváló kommunikációs és tárgyalási készség
• Önálló munkavégzés, problémamegoldó képesség
• Erős elemző képesség
• Csapatmunkára való nyitottság
• Microsoft Office ismeret, kiemelten felhasználói szintű Excel tudás

Nice to Have

• Felsőfokú végzettség logisztika, gazdaságtudomány, menedzsment vagy ellátásilánc-menedzsment területen, illetve releváns tapasztalat logisztikai területen, különösen termeléstervezésben és vevőkapcsolatok kezelésében
• Több éves tapasztalat autóipari gyártókörnyezetben
• Termeléstervezési rendszerek ismerete, SAP tapasztalat
• Vevői portálok és vevői követelmények ismerete
• Német nyelv ismerete

Salary

Ft 6,714,000 - Ft 9,847,200

The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.
