Customer Data Analytics - Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager with hands-on experience in customer data analytics to join our team in London.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager with hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in one (or more) of the following areas: customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, and possess domain knowledge in marketing, customer, digital, and commercial sectors. The candidate should have strong commercial experience with a proven track record, driving growth, senior leadership, management, C-suite relationships, focus on building RFPs/RFIs, drafting SOWs, costing up engagements, and client negotiation.

Responsibilities

  • CX Data Expert: A leading subject matter expert in data driven marketing, marketing/media measurement, customer/consumer research, digital journey optimisation, personalisation, MarTech, CRM/loyalty analytics, CDPs, and AI applications within CX.
  • Strong Delivery Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create valuable products and/or solutions such as insight solutions (including BI reporting suites), MarTech/data driven CX solutions, or ML/AL solutions (including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deep learning models).
  • Project Management Excellence: Proven project management experience, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of Analytics and AI/ML POCs, MVPs, and production-grade solutions.
  • Account and Portfolio Management: Proven experience building strong relationships with senior stakeholders/C-suite, identifying and executing against new sales opportunities, and overseeing large-scale portfolios of work.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial experience responding to RFP/RFIs, drafting SOWs, costing up engagements, and client negotiation.
  • Practice Development: Actively grown and developed internal capabilities through campaign development and marketing, running internal think-tanks, writing whitepapers, offer and proposition developing, and leading on team operations (such as recruitment, L&D, and people performance management).
  • People Manager: People management skills, including mentoring, guiding, and developing team members.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written communication, presentation, and data-driven storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior client stakeholders.
  • Innovative Mind: A strong interest and experience with the latest advancements in data, AI, machine learning, and data science.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in primary growth sectors; CPR (Consumer Products & Retail), ETU (Energy, Utilities, and Telecommunications), and PS (Public Sector)
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI development and use cases
