Job description

About the Position

Curiosity Studio connects data from different company systems into one searchable graph, with search and AI on top. Teams use it to build applications and tools around their own data.

Our customers are large industrial companies with complex processes and high standards for security. In Toulouse, we’re building a team of forward deployed engineers who build these applications together with them.

We’re looking for someone to lead those projects and be our person on the ground. You’ll run customer projects from the first workshop to production, keep engineers and customers working toward the same goal, and build lasting relationships with the people who use what we build.

This is not a role at the level of slides and status reports. You’ll get into the details of our customers’ data and workflows: which systems hold which records, how work really moves between teams, and where the gaps are. That is how you scope a project that works.

The role combines project management, business analysis, and relationship management. You’ll turn what teams need into clear scope, plans, and priorities, present progress and results to customers, and help build how we work in Toulouse.

This is a customer-facing role based in Toulouse. You’ll work on site, in French and English, alongside our engineers. You’ll be hands-on in the daily work, and as the team grows, there’s room to grow with it.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer projects: Plan and run projects that build applications on Curiosity Studio, from the first workshop to production. Keep scope, timeline, and priorities clear for the customer and for our engineers.
  • Dig into the details: Go deep into customer data and workflows. Understand how records, systems, and processes fit together, question assumptions, and check the details yourself instead of relying on summaries.
  • Analyze business needs: Work with business and technical teams to understand their processes, find where an application would help, and turn that into clear requirements.
  • Manage customer relationships: Be the day-to-day contact for your customers. Understand their goals, set expectations, and keep trust through the whole project.
  • Present and demonstrate: Present plans, progress, and results to customers and stakeholders, and show working solutions as they take shape.
  • Coordinate the team: Work with the forward deployed engineers to plan work, remove blockers, and keep delivery on track.
  • Find the next use case: Spot where else Curiosity can help in the accounts you work with, and follow up with the founders.
  • Build the Toulouse team: Help set up Toulouse as a base for customer work: the office, how projects are tracked, how the team works together, and how new colleagues get started. You’ll stay hands-on in the day-to-day.
  • Improve Curiosity Studio: Bring what you learn from customer projects back to the team that builds the product.

Requirements

  • A real interest in the details. You like digging into complex customer data and workflows until you understand how they work, and you don’t leave that to someone else.
  • Experience leading projects with customers, ideally software, data, or digital projects.
  • The ability to turn business needs into clear requirements, plans, and priorities.
  • Strong presentation skills. You can explain technical work to a business audience and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building and keeping customer relationships, ideally with large industrial or regulated companies.
  • Enough technical understanding to follow what engineers build and to work with them on the data. You don’t need to write code, but you do need to get into the data.
  • A practical, organized way of working, and the confidence to take ownership from start to finish.
  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with data-driven applications is a plus.

We Offer

  • A full-time permanent contract (CDI).
  • The opportunity to lead projects that bring production AI applications to large industrial and regulated companies.
  • A varied role that combines project management, business analysis, and customer relationships.
  • Direct collaboration with the engineers building Curiosity and with the founders.
  • Ownership of customer projects from the first workshop through deployment and production use.
  • The chance to shape how the Toulouse team works, from the start.
  • Room to grow as the Toulouse team grows.
  • Paid leave and health insurance (mutuelle).
  • Support with your visa application in France.
