About the Position
A leading European company – manufacturer of equipment, solutions, and services for the dairy farming industry – is announcing a competition for the position of Customer Desk Specialist in Kyiv.
Job Details
- Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
- Employment Type: Fixed-term contract for up to 2 years
- Work Format: Hybrid with visits to the office in Kyiv

Responsibilities
- Processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with warehouses
- Preparing tax invoices and related adjustments via MeDoc
- Registering warranty cases based on information from the technical department
- Preparing sales contracts (using approved templates)
- Monitoring payment status
- Preparing and maintaining periodic reports on dealers
- Maintaining communication with dealers regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints
- Processing primary documentation, including its storage, control, and recovery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
- Previous experience in corporate customer service or a similar position
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office and MeDoc. Experience with SAP Business One will be a strong advantage
- Ability to multitask effectively, manage time well, and organize your own work schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude
- Conversational level of English
