About the Position

Customer Due Diligence - Business Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Due Diligence - Business Analyst to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. This role focuses on designing and tracking customer journeys, creating and delivering relevant products and pricing, marketing and/or channel strategies, and managing risk based on customer data.

Responsibilities

• 3rd Line of Defense Risk Management: Assist with the independent assessment of the effectiveness of internal controls regarding the risks to the organization's business processes and assets.
• Audit Compliance: Carry out specified audit activities and draft reports of findings, including recommended corrective actions.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
• Data Management: Provide support and advice to help others get the most out of data management systems.
• Document Preparation: Edit documents in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
• Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities through assessment, development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
• Recommendations: Advise managers on how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
