Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support to our clients, according to their needs, on our products and services (CAD/CAM or ERP solutions). This includes the software implementation process, user training, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Performing software installations and training (CAD/CAM or ERP) in industrial environments.
- Implementing and monitoring new projects.
- Collecting and analyzing client specifications for new installations/software updates.
- Providing telephone and email support to clients.
- Managing incidents, suggestions, and change requests registered in the company's ERP.
- Periodic reporting to the Technical Manager.
Requirements
To fill this position, we are looking for a profile with:
- Technical education (IT, Engineering…).
- Experience in similar roles in technical support departments for clients and experience in installations will be valued.
- Availability to travel.
- Driving license and own vehicle are required.
- High level of English is valued.
- Ability to understand and evaluate client expectations and strong result orientation.
