  • Provide commercial and operational support to sales managers and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a similar customer-facing operational role.
  • Experience within an international manufacturing, industrial, or export-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience with international trade documentation, export processes, and payment methods such as Letters of Credit is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is considered a plus.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary aligned with your experience and qualifications.
