About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Financial Specialist with Junior or Middle experience to join our team in Ukraine. This role focuses on financial calculations and client-facing reports, ensuring accurate financial data and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed financial calculations for clients using Excel and working with data on our online platform.
- Calculating salaries, taxes, benefits, working days, vacations, sick leaves, and other employment-related costs for client teams.
- Calculating the total cost of Alcor services to prepare accurate client invoices.
- Preparing client-facing reports, budgets, and cost breakdowns to support data-driven decision-making.
- Handling client requests related to financial calculations and explaining numbers in a clear, structured, and professional way.
- Tackling challenges and refining processes to keep up with the ever-evolving IT market.
Requirements
- Analytical mind and confidence in working with numbers.
- Proficient user of Excel.
- Customer-oriented with developed communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Focuses on the result and desires to grow and develop.
