How Does Your Job Look as a Customer Journey Expert?
As a Customer Journey Expert, you will shape the complete digital sales journey of the customer. Your role combines strategy, customer experience, data analysis, and digital innovation to stimulate online sales and increase customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Product teams to align the strategy, prioritize opportunities, and achieve maximum impact. Are you excited to transform the insurance world? Then this is the perfect job for you!
Your Tasks Are:
- Stimulating sales across all channels (digital and brokerage)
- Building and executing an action plan for the distribution of non-life insurance products
- Developing and improving digital sales flows and product pages
- Developing segmentation and personalization strategies
- Continuously improving the digital sales funnel to maximize conversion
- Translating business needs into business requirements, user stories, and test plans
- Supporting product improvements and new value propositions
- Proposing improvements to enhance digital visibility and customer acquisition
- Implementing initiatives to increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of digital customers
- Developing contact strategies tailored to each important life moment of the customer
How You Fit Perfectly in Our Team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar digital, sales, or customer journey role
- Knowledge of digital sales processes. Knowledge of insurance processes and products is a strong plus
- Strong digital mindset; proficient in design thinking (knowledge of Figma), agile, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- Excellent communication skills in English, with good knowledge of French and Dutch
- Ability to manage end-to-end projects and multiple stakeholders
- Passionate about innovation, digital trends, and continuous learning
- Customer-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven
