Are you an experienced Atlassian professional who enjoys combining technology, business needs, and customer relationships? As our new Customer Lead Atlassian Consultant, you’ll take ownership of key customers’ Atlassian environments, lead impactful projects, and help organizations get more value from their Atlassian platform.
Communardo Nordics consists of Communardo Finland, Communardo Sweden, Communardo Norway, and Communardo Denmark, representing the Nordic part of the Communardo Group. Responsibilities
- Act as the technical owner and primary point of contact for our key customers' Atlassian environments. You will be responsible for the overall Atlassian landscape of your assigned accounts, including project deliveries and the continuous development of the platform.
- Drive development initiatives in close collaboration with customer stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and help organizations adopt efficient and consistent ways of working.
- In addition to strategic responsibilities, you will actively participate in project deliveries and development initiatives.
- Plan and lead Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, and migration projects, while also serving as a role model and trusted advisor for our consulting team.
- Mentor junior consultants, develop Atlassian-related competencies across the organization, and establish and promote best practices within our Atlassian community.
Requirements
- Solid experience working with Atlassian solutions, particularly Jira and Jira Service Management
- A strong ability to combine technical expertise with business and process understanding
- Experience leading projects and working closely with customers and stakeholders
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust and share knowledge
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
