About the Position
Customer Loyalty Member with French @ING Hubs Romania
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our team for Client Services Business.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Customer Loyalty Team (CLT), you will:
- Administer and maintain client connectivity channels (e.g., SWIFT, IBP, EBICS), including setup, testing, and ongoing monitoring.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to clients by handling requests, performing analysis, managing data, and addressing client inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring smooth entry into the relationship and proper system setup.
- Monitor and follow up on client payments, investigations, and transaction processing to meet client expectations and service standards.
- Perform Know Your Transaction (KYT) controls by analyzing and monitoring client activities in line with internal policies.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and secure management of client data across banking systems.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments to resolve operational issues and deliver seamless client service.
- Support research and investigation activities related to client operations, discrepancies, and ad-hoc requests.
- Contribute to maintaining high service quality by proactively identifying and addressing operational risks and inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or completion of high school with an Economic profile, along with relevant experience and training in banking operations or accounting.
- Experience: At least one year of operational banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role, including servicing clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (spoken and written) and solid knowledge of English.
- Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
- Competencies: Strong communication skills (oral and written), ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships, client-oriented attitude, and good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
