Responsibilities

You’ll be at the heart of our operations - making sure our B2B customers in the UK get what they need, when they need it:

• Own the end-to-end order process for UK customers (from order to delivery).
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Sales.
• Spot process improvement opportunities and help make them happen.
• Support team reporting and turn data into insights.
• Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.

Requirements

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and ready to grow.
• Very good English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong communication skills.
• Natural relationship-builder.
• Independent and proactive in solving problems.
• Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• SAP knowledge? Bonus points.
