About the Position
Department: Customer Service
Firma GoPOS to innowacyjny dostawca rozwiązań z zakresu punktów sprzedaży (POS) oraz zarządzania działalnością handlową.
W związku z ciągłym rozwojem firmy poszukujemy do naszego zespołu osób, na stanowisko Customer Service (poszukujemy zarówno młodszych specjalistów jak i z doświadczeniem).

Responsibilities
- Solving problems and supporting clients in the use of software,
- Providing technical assistance to clients, both remotely and on-site,
- Building good relationships with clients,
- Conducting training sessions on IT systems for the HoReCa and Retail industries (applies to mid / regular positions),
- Leading presentations of systems provided by GoPOS (applies to mid / regular positions),
- Technical support for key clients (applies to mid / regular positions),
- Providing subject matter support to the GoPOS team (applies to mid / regular positions).
Requirements
- Basic IT knowledge, e.g., Android, networks, printers (applies to junior positions),
- Experience in a similar job role (applies to mid / regular positions),
- Experience in implementing IT systems, not necessarily from the HoReCa sector (applies to mid / regular positions),
- Ability to manage time and small projects,
- Proactive approach to problem-solving,
- Independence,
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in handling IT systems for the HoReCa industry.
