Customer Service Agent for a Botanical Home Decor Company
Our client is known as one of the most reputable permanent botanical importers in the world. They are a leading manufacturer of high-end, handcrafted permanent botanicals. They are looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist in their back-office tasks and maintain accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Order entering
- Order processing
- Summary recap
- Invoicing, and inventory updating
- Back office tasks (editing orders, updating inventory, creating store credit, etc.)
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent computer literacy & tech-savvy
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and CRMs
- High attention to detail
Nice to Have

Working Conditions
Support Hours:
Monday – Friday 5 am – 2 pm PST
