About the Position
Fulltime Debiteurenbeheerder (Account Manager)
Kwebbl is seeking a fulltime debiteurenbeheerder to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely information availability.
Responsibilities
- Processing payments in the accounts receivable and general ledger administration.
- Monitoring the progress of accounts receivable balances and minimizing credit term exceedances through personal client contact and internal coordination.
- Compiling periodic summaries to gain insights into payment delays, average actual credit terms, etc.
- Handling inquiries and objections from debtors, coordinating with sales in case of discrepancies in contract terms.
- Assisting with periodic turnover tax reports.
- Performing other common tasks.
Requirements
- MBO+ work and thinking level with 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Experience with Exact Online is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Proficiency in the Dutch language is required.
- Proficiency in the English language is a plus.
- Flexible and not bound by a 9 to 5 mentality.
- Strong on your feet and not afraid to learn something new.
