About the Role
We’re looking for the right person to join our Client Success Team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll help our clients throughout their journey with us. You will be engaging with our customers over the phone, by email, and through web chat to welcome them and answer questions while guiding them through our different solutions.
A key aspect of your role is to ensure we’re providing a fantastic level of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and care. If you're new to the technology space, don't let that hold you back! We're here to help you learn and grow. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge. What we're looking for is a positive, bubbly, friendly, and eager-to-learn attitude – these qualities are essential in our team members.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients over the phone, by email, and through web chat
- Welcome clients and answer their questions
- Guide clients through our different solutions
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service
