About the Position

We’re hiring a talented Customer Service Associate in the Customer Service Team who will provide support to English and Dutch speaking customers.

📍 Location: Riga, Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve 2

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions with empathy.
• Help each customer find their ideal car.
• Deal with requests for booking and rental car pick-ups.
• Contribute ideas to improve our service and product.
• Be an amazing team player and support our team.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch languages.
• Respectful and confident communicator.
• Passionate about providing the best experience possible.
• Superb in problem-solving and flexible to different customer profiles.
• Ready to join us for a full-time position on the afternoon (16:00PM - 01:00AM) shift, including weekends.
• You need to have a valid work and residence permit in Latvia.
