About the Position

Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Success Department in providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the review of applications using artificial intelligence tools.
- Analyze resumes and assess responses to identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Requirements
- Full-time on-site role.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in the hiring process.
