About the Position
MEEST INTERNATIONAL is a team of professionals who create advanced cross-border solutions and delivery automation tools for foreign e-commerce platforms. Meest International works with partners and clients in more than 70 countries all over the world. We are proud of our long-term cooperation with such well-known brands as iHERB, ANSWEAR, NOTINO, and LPP, which owns the brands: RESERVED, HOUSE, SINSAY and many other well-known companies.
We are now consolidating our local presence in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Under the leadership of the Country Manager, we are assembling a dynamic team that will anchor our next phase of growth in the region. We are looking for an active and goal-oriented Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for leading the local customer service team and ensuring high-quality support for business clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the work of Customer Service Agents handling B2B client requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and cooperation-related matters.
- Oversee preparation and delivery of performance reports to business clients.
- Coordinate interventions related to shipments with Meest branches abroad.
- Manage the resolution of client complaints and ensure proper escalation and documentation.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with the Customer Service Department at HQ.
- Monitor customer service KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the customer service team.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in logistics or e-commerce sectors.
- Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and reporting platforms.
