About the Position

Customer Service Officer

Location: Moorabbin, Victoria, Australia

Type: 12-month contract role (full-time Monday-Friday 8-4pm)

Reporting to the Customer Service & Export Supervisor, this role will be responsible for processing customer orders, investigating order discrepancies, raising credit notes, and maintaining the EDI.

Responsibilities

Processing Customer Orders received via various platforms
Work with Demand and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
Investigate and process customer returns, credits, and changes
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Facebook
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Excellent communication both verbally and written
Ability to prioritize own workload
Able to work with customers, public, and across all levels of business
Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
SAP experience preferred
