Customer Service Representative

• Location: Auburn, Washington
• Pay Range: $18 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Join the team in Auburn, Washington as a Customer Service Representative supporting HVAC customers, technicians, and daily field operations.
• Coordinate technician dispatching and organize service schedules to keep appointments moving efficiently.
• Schedule HVAC repair appointments and membership maintenance visits.
• Locate and track OEM parts required for active HVAC service jobs.
• Arrange job site deliveries with designated runners.
• Keep the Membership Database accurate and organized.
• Enter project details and service updates accurately.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members from initial scheduling through service completion.
• Apply your customer service, call center, HVAC dispatching, scheduling, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to support smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of call center or customer service experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to receive coaching and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred:
  • Previous HVAC industry experience.
  • ServiceTitan familiarity.
• Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability: Must be available for rotating Saturday shifts.
