We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Customer Profiles in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM system).
  • Identity Verification.
  • Fraud monitoring and transaction disputes activities.
  • Providing customers with Balance, Transactions reports, and Statements.
  • Handling Online Services queries.
  • Identifying Account types and Credit limits.
  • Addressing Card and Pin related queries.
  • Handling New Applications queries.
  • Escalating Issues and complaints.
  • Addressing customer concerns regarding the product via calls and emails.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling (incentive bonus if successful).
  • Conducting KYC activities.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented person with a “can do” attitude and ability to ask the right questions.
  • Experience in the customer service industry.
  • Previous experience in finance/banking/tourism is appreciated.
  • Ability to handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in other languages is an advantage – German, French, Russian, etc.
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Decisive with the ability to find the best solutions.

Shift Schedule

  • 07:00 – 15:45
  • 09:15 – 18:00
  • 13:15 – 22:00
