About the Position
Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail – Remote USA
Join TTEC as a Customer Service Representative for a luxury retail brand. Provide exceptional service to high-end customers, resolving their queries and issues with personalized attention.
Responsibilities
During a typical day, you’ll:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Make recommendations of products or services to close a sale
Requirements
What You Bring to the Role:
- An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or compatible headset that is not Bluetooth)
- A smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
