About the Position

Customer service representative (m/f/d) in a mini-job

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated person to fill a part-time customer service position, who will play a key role in acquiring new customers and expanding our customer base through telephone calls. If you enjoy talking on the phone, are communicative, and are not afraid of cold calling, then you've come to the right place.

Responsibilities

• You actively contact potential customers and get them excited about our event software and event services.
• You recognize the needs of your conversation partners and present our tailor-made solutions.
• You document your conversations and maintain the customer database.

Requirements

• Enjoy direct customer contact and have excellent communication skills
• Initial experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement-we also welcome motivated career changers.
• Independent and goal-oriented approach to work
• Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German
• You like IT and are enthusiastic about the digitization of business processes.
