Responsibilities

Order/return processing (data entry, verification, document preparation)
Customer management (registration and verification)
Other administrative duties (handling internal inquiries, responding to customer inquiries, telephone support, fax transmission, customer service, etc.)
Sales and customer support activities
SOX compliance and audit support (as required)

You will be expected to improve the efficiency of the above operations through process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

At least 3 years of order processing and call center experience
Ability to perform data entry operations
Business-level proficiency in Excel and Word
Experience as a sales assistant and/or in a call center
Experience in the medical or dental industry is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
A strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to take on challenges
