About the Position
Sutherland Cairo is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our team in New Cairo. We offer a professional, people-first environment that supports growth, stability, and long-term career development.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for TV streaming, sales, and technical support accounts.
- Achieve high performance metrics to maximize earnings through KPIs and incentives.
Requirements
- English proficiency: B2 or above
- Previous experience is a plus

- Competitive Salary: Up to 23,500 EGP net (Including 15% KPIs) + incentives
- Night Shift Allowance: 1,100 EGP/month
