About the Position
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Omio, a leading travel company in Europe. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the bridge between travelers, Omio, and our transport providers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate between travelers, Omio, and, in certain cases, our transport providers
- Be the first point of contact for travelers across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, social media) for any inquiries related to their travel plans (e.g. questions about payments and modifying bookings, handling requests and complaints)
- Deliver and maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction
- Be proactively involved in creating and implementing new service processes and developing training manuals
Requirements
- Superior communication and problem-solving skills
- Native level proficiency in German and fluent English language skills; additional languages are always valued
- Passion for helping customers and taking ownership of cases
- Well-organized with a constant drive to optimize processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets
- Flexibility in terms of working hours (late and weekend shifts)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is considered a plus
