Responsibilities
- Receiving, recording, and processing customer orders for product and spare parts in SAP
- Complete order management for the DACH NL sales region
- Management of customer inquiries and claims
- Continuous improvement (KVP) of relevant processes, including those based on SAP
- Communication and coordination with internal and external process partners
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Professional experience in order management in an industrial company
- Experience in designing and continuously improving processes
- Very good user skills in SAP/R 3 (SD module) and MS Office
- Process-oriented work
- Flexibility and high team orientation
- Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
- English skills in speech and writing
