About the Role
DNV has developed Emissions Connect, a highly successful digital service enabling the maritime industry to meet decarbonization regulations by equipping stakeholders with an efficient system to continuously report, monitor, control and manage emissions performance of ships – from raw data to sustainable operations. We are now seeking a motivated and qualified professional to join our customer success team. The right candidate wants to work for a greener shipping environment by helping clients follow industry regulations and meet environmental targets.
In the role, you will:
- Manage onboarding of trial and subscription customers
- Be responsible for a set of key clients globally, and provide guidance and training in the use of our applications through regular meetings
- Seek customer feedback and report improvements to the product team
- Work with the product team and customers in the development of new features and modules
- Ensure customer satisfaction and overall customer health
- Work with the Emissions Connect team to continuously improve the way we work
- Monitor and reply to customer inquiries and issues reported through our Helpdesk
Requirements
- Degree in e.g. Business, Marine/Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Environmental Studies, HSEQ, or other relevant background
- Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry
- Knowledge of maritime/environmental regulations
- Fast learner and self-driven behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Digital and networking skills
