Customer Success Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Anima in London, United Kingdom. Anima is a company focused on personalized medicine, aiming to improve human wellbeing through breakthrough technology. We are a fast-growing company with a mission-driven team, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about making a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Work in one of the most important parts of the business with a mission-driven team.
• Own a portfolio of Anima customers end to end, including onboarding new clinics, driving adoption, and ensuring best-in-class customer retention.
• Protect and grow the existing revenue base by building deep relationships, spotting churn risks early, and driving expansion conversations.
• Serve as a conduit between users and our product teams, translating clinical and administrative pain points into actionable insights.
• Build and iterate on Customer Success playbooks, processes, and data-driven frameworks to make user fanaticism repeatable and scalable.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success at a high-growth startup.
• A track record of driving retention and surfacing expansion opportunities.
• A gifted relationship builder who reads people fast, earns trust quickly, and can coach clinicians and practice managers toward real behavior change.
• Obsessed with customer experience and willing to go to extreme lengths to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Self-starting and organized, intrinsically motivated, and always on top of everything you need to do.
• Based in the UK or European timezone and able to do site visits to UK customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or personalized medicine industry.
• Familiarity with data-driven frameworks and actionable insights.

We Offer

• Competitive salary range of £120K – £180K per year.
• Equity options of £50K – £150K.
