Join 3Shape as Customer Success Manager BeNeLux!

3Shape BeNeLux is expanding its team and we are looking for Customer Success Managers to strengthen the Benelux team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in achieving our mission to revolutionize dentistry. Your expertise in relationship management and dedication to customer satisfaction are essential to ensure that our end-users benefit maximally from our products and services.

You will become part of a small team of 6 professionals, supporting our resellers in selling our high-end dental scanners and software solutions. You will be the point of contact for our end-users and ensure smooth communication between end-users, resellers, and 3Shape.

You are ambitious and full of energy. 3Shape will provide you with good training and guidance to perform your job with pleasure. You will report to the Senior Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities

• Building long-term customer relationships and strengthening the loyalty of our end-users
• Coordinating communication between the support department, end-users, and resellers
• Being the point of contact during the 100-day onboarding period for new users
• Proactively approaching and informing our end-users about:
  • Product updates
  • Marketing events
  • Training sessions online and offline
• Identifying sales opportunities and referring them to our resellers for further follow-up

Requirements

• Knowledge of the dental market is a plus, but not necessary
• Knowledge of using our products is a plus, but not necessary
• Experience with EXCEL, Word, and PowerPoint
• You live in the Haarlem area, or are willing to travel to Haarlem
• Fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English. If you also speak French, that's a big plus!
• MBO / HBO thinking and working level
