We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager for a company that develops and manufactures equipment and electronic solutions for the defense sector.
This is an environment of quick decisions and constant changes, where it is important to effectively manage processes, coordinate team work, and stay focused on results.
Responsibilities
- Providing consultation and assistance to users working with UAVs.
- Assisting the first line of support with complex questions about UAV operation by users.
- Assisting in the testing of UAVs and components.
- Participating in presentations and exhibitions with company products.
- Traveling to clients and solving tasks on-site.
- Collecting feedback on the use of UAVs and components.
Requirements
- Engineering education (will be a significant advantage).
- Experience working with military personnel, volunteers, or involvement in volunteer activities.
- Experience with UAVs and radio-electronic devices is a plus.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of UAVs and their structure.
- Skills in working with Google Docs.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new information.
- Effective communication, flexibility in processes, active approach to work, and discipline.
- Ability and willingness to travel on business trips.
