Responsibilities

強固な関係構築、製品知識、計画、実行を通じて、Box のトップ顧客およびエンタープライズ顧客に対するすべての販売後の活動を管理する
Box 製品について深く理解し、顧客に対してビジネスニーズに最も適した機能・特徴を説明する
導入、チェンジマネジメント、定着、活用の計画作成と実行
顧客との定例会議、四半期ヘルスチェックを含む戦略的なレビューなどによるリテンション率向上
解約リスクやヘルススコアを管理し、リスクを除く活動を積極的に行う
営業およびプロフェッショナルサービス部門と連携し、Box を各顧客のコアアーキテクチャの一部にするための計画を策定する
プロダクトおよびエンジニアリング部門と連携し、機能要望や不具合の特定とフォローアップを実施する
顧客の声を代表する立場として機能し、社内へフィードバックを提供する

Requirements

IT 業界における 3 年以上のアカウントマネジメントの経験
顧客と密に連携し、Box に対する満足度を高め、信頼を得ることができる
限定的な関係構築だけではなく、複数の顧客と接点を持つことができる
基本的な技術知識を有し、顧客からの質問に回答することができる
斬新なアイデアとエネルギーを持ち、チームプレーができる

Nice to Have

コンサルティング経験、マーケティング経験があれば尚可
Salesforce や Zendesk、その他の SaaS の業務利用経験があれば尚可
英語力があれば尚可（本社との連携のため）
