- Vocabulaba - an English school for professionals
- elvtr - a platform for creative and corporate careers in the USA and UK
To continue winning, we need a team of the best. Therefore, we are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help our clients achieve the best educational experience by solving all their questions and needs.
On this position, you will:
- Communicate with students and help them solve training-related issues (course questions, personal cabinet usage, etc.);
- Achieve set goals and KPIs;
- Collect feedback from clients for the production department and our social media;
- Solve various complex cases during student training.
We will feel a connection if you:
- Have experience in sales or customer support for at least 6 months;
- Enjoy talking on the phone and have clear pronunciation;
- Are good at listening and asking many questions;
- Know how to handle negativity and still meet the client's needs;
- Are not afraid of KPIs and are ready to enjoy the results with us;
- Are self-motivated and manage your own working hours;
- Enjoy positive feedback from students.
