About the Position
Customer Success Specialist (Activation Specialist)
Nucleoo is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help businesses adopt our AI platform, IAhoy. If you have experience in accounting firms and are ready to bring order to chaos, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Accompany accounting firms during their first weeks using the platform
- Ensure clients start using IAhoy in their daily operations
- Drive adoption, even in the face of time constraints or resistance to change
- Identify and help resolve any obstacles
- Actively follow up until real usage is achieved (not just intention)
- Gather direct feedback from accounting firms to improve the product
Your success will be measured by the number of accounting firms that truly use the platform.
Requirements
- Experience in accounting firms (experience in invoicing and/or document management is highly valued)
- Education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields
- Challenge-oriented mindset: challenges or rejection motivate you to improve
- Strong communication skills: you know how to explain and build trust
- Action-oriented profile: you make things happen, not just theorize
- Comfort working without rigid processes: you will build while executing
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a sense of responsibility
- Good level of English
Nice to Have
- Participation in demos and conversion of potential clients (inbound)
- Identifying growth opportunities within accounts (upsell)
- Improving onboarding processes and building activation playbooks
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product to optimize the entire funnel
