Customer Success Specialist - Indirect

Responsibilities

Commercial advisor for active accounts.
Create and maintain long-term trust relationships with active Odoo users.
Maintain the client portfolio through renewals and upsells.
Analyze the business operations of clients and provide solutions that allow them to use the full potential of the tool.
Design and execute strategies for customer retention.

Requirements

Completed bachelor's degree or higher.
Knowledge of supply chain and organizational flows.
Passion for software and technology products.
1-2 years of experience in sales or after-sales service.
Proficiency in G-suite applications is preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to hold conversations in English.
Problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with ERP systems.
Experience in a SaaS company.
Immediate availability.
Additional languages.

Hybrid work model: 40% remote and 60% in our office located in Polanco, Mexico.
