About the Position

Customer Success Specialist – Restaurant Onboarding (Swedish Speaker)

Join our Movement and Champion Restaurant Culture! 💚

At TheFork we believe that the best things in life happen around the table. As the leading restaurant booking platform in Europe, we connect the broadest community of loyal diners with the world’s favorite restaurants. Powered by innovation and a deep passion for the restaurant industry, we create unique dining experiences across 11 countries.

We’re part of the Tripadvisor Group and proud to be building a diverse, people-first culture where “respect”, “ownership”, “growth” and “better together” values thrive. If you’re passionate about food, technology, and making a real impact, your seat at the table is ready.

In the UK, we operate in one of the most competitive and fast-paced restaurant markets, where a strong start makes all the difference. As our Trainer, you are the first TheFork Manager expert our new restaurant partners work with, turning a signed contract into a thriving partnership.

Market focus: during your first 12 months, you will focus predominantly on the Swedish market, onboarding and training our Swedish restaurant partners, with occasional travel to Sweden required. From your second year, the role will focus predominantly on the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding training to our partners on TheFork Manager virtually and face to face.
  • Set up and optimize restaurant profiles and configuration so partners go live fast and convert diners from day one.
  • Drive product adoption, turning new partners into confident, advanced users of the software within their first weeks.
  • Adapt your training style to each audience, from independent owners to front-of-house and management teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during onboarding and hand qualified leads to Account Managers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual targets while contributing to overall country and regional goals.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations and Customer Care to ensure a smooth handover from signature to go-live.
  • Share restaurant feedback with Product and Marketing, and help improve our training materials and knowledge base.
  • Travel as required for on-site restaurant sessions, trade events, and internal team sessions, including occasional trips to Sweden during your first year.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Fluent Swedish is essential for this role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, training or customer success in B2B SaaS, or in hospitality operations combined with strong tech aptitude.
  • A confident communicator who can explain software simply to non-technical audiences, on video and in person.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented professional who consistently strives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several onboardings in parallel without losing quality.
  • Ability to quickly establish trust and build rapport with restaurant owners and their teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, or with reservation or POS software.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Experience in creating training content such as guides, videos, or webinars.
  • A commercial eye and enjoyment in spotting upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and remain organized under pressure.

We Offer

  • An awesome team
  • A permanent contract
  • Flexible working environment (2 days home office per week + up to 4 total weeks additional flexibility during the summer period and in December to work fully remotely)
  • Competitive fixed salary and bonus
  • Lunch vouchers available 3 working days per week
  • International teams and a multicultural environment spanning 10 offices across Europe
  • Highly inclusive working environment
  • Lifestyle benefits that can be used to reimburse expenses related to physical and leisure activities, family support, travel, etc.
  • Continuous learning and development programs
  • Free access to the Calm app to help you build resilience wherever you are in your mental health journey
  • Dedicated parental leave and caregiver leave policies (12 weeks fully paid)
  • Health insurance
  • Life & Disability Insurance at no cost to the employee
  • Attractive pension plans
  • Amazing offices with dining, a coffee point on each floor, and leisure area
  • Team building events
