About the Position

Are you fluent in German and English, tech-savvy, and looking for a 100% remote opportunity? Join our client's team as a Customer Support Specialist and represent one of Switzerland’s top telecommunications brands!

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, helping them navigate telecom services, resolve inquiries, and deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure high solution rate and customer satisfaction at each contact through excellent know-how.
Responsibility for dealing with customer contacts by telephone.
Serve the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty.
Management of administrative issues related to administrative changes, invoicing (incl. collection) and complaints.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Solution oriented.
Basic knowledge and experience in a call center.
Strong commitment for a long-term project.
Good PC skills.

We Offer

Training from 8am to 4pm for 1 month.
Base salary: 920€/month gross (x14).
Performance bonus: up to 360€ (x12).
Language allowance: 150€ for English Language + 350€ for German Language (x13).
Meal allowance: 10,20€/day worked (x11 months).
Flex work allowance: 60€/month (x11).
Assiduity allowance: 110€/month.
Health insurance as of the 3rd month.
Remote work (in Portugal).
