Responsibilities
- Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps
- Solve functional problems through chat, email, and call by investigating
- Engage with our visitors and leads (Livechat)
- Ensure customers' satisfaction
- Improve customers' experience with the usage of Odoo
- Contribute to the improvement of our product
- Side projects (recruit and onboard new colleagues on the support team, give support training,...)
Requirements
Must Have
- 1+ years of experience in a IT softwares functional support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- IT & Business Affinity
- Customer oriented
- Autonomous and fast learner
- Fluent in English
- Solution minded
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge of business processes
- Technical knowledge (XML, Python, JS)
