About the Position
A professional licensed broker and market leader with 15 years of experience is looking for a caring and detail-oriented specialist to join the team as a Customer Support Manager in Kyiv.

Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting existing client contracts
- Providing phone consultations and communicating with clients
- Supporting clients on insurance-related matters
- Working with documents and databases
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education
- Experience in insurance or the medical field (will be an advantage)
- Fluent Ukrainian language skills
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
