About the Position

Customer Support Manager - Night Shift

We are looking for a person who is ready to support our customers and help them in solving logistics problems.

Responsibilities

• Arranging the transportation process
• Guiding the customer during the process of arranging the transportation (you will work with incoming requests, so the search for new clients will not be your responsibility)
• Conducting the process of transportation until the delivery
• Providing the best customer service over the phone, emails, text messages
• Managing all orders in our CRM system

Requirements

• Desire to learn new skills
• Fluent English language (B1+ and higher)
• Good verbal and written skills
• Stress-resistance, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Working time 5/2, from 22:00 to 5:00
