About the Position

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will support users from all over the world, resolve their requests, and grow within a dynamic team. Working schedule: Wednesday to Sunday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Process customer complaints, provide effective solutions via email and chat, and follow up on requests until they are fully resolved.
  • Handle payment-related issues: review refund requests, resolve payment problems, and verify users.
  • Manage user subscriptions, providing up-to-date information about their status and changes.
  • Execute and monitor tasks in the internal system to maintain organized and efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • Confident command of English (Strong Intermediate level or higher) for effective communication with customers via chats and emails.
  • A natural inclination for problem-solving: the ability to listen, understand the situation, and find solutions with a positive attitude.
  • Empathy and openness - you know how to create an environment where the customer feels heard and valued.
  • Proactiveness and a results-oriented mindset - a desire to achieve more and inspire others by your example.
