About the Position
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chernihiv, providing support to English and Russian-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
- Support English and Russian-speaking clients via phone, ticket system, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve issues that clients encounter while using our products
Requirements
- Fluent English – conversational and written, ability to express thoughts clearly in written and oral form
- Good PC skills
- Fast typing speed
- Fluent oral and written speech
- Ability and willingness to work in a team
- Ability to learn quickly and self-learn, interest in and ability to acquire new knowledge
Nice to Have
- Experience in technical support or call center
