About the Position
Customer Support Senior Specialist - Istanbul

We are partnering with a leading international industrial group operating in the petrochemical and polymer value chain, with a strong export footprint across Turkiye, the Middle East, and surrounding growth markets.
The company is an established supplier of industrial raw materials used in sectors such as packaging, construction, automotive, and general manufacturing, operating within a highly structured, global B2B trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting end-to-end export order processing and contract documentation activities
- Coordinating international shipment flows with logistics, sales, and external stakeholders
- Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal commercial/operational teams
- Managing day-to-day operational follow-up of export transactions
- Monitoring customer payments and supporting receivables control processes
- Handling customer inquiries, claims, and service-related issues
- Coordinating sample shipments when required
- Ensuring accurate data management and system updates (SAP, CRM, Excel)
- Supporting periodic reporting for commercial and operational tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service / customer support (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of export operations and Incoterms
- Experience in logistics coordination, export documentation, or B2B sales support preferred
- Fluent Turkish and advanced English
- Strong experience with SAP, CRM systems, and Excel
- Background in petrochemical, chemical, polymer, or broader industrial manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven working style.
